Now that the console in Witcher 3 can be accessed, I started to compile a list of Craftable Weapons, Swords and other Weapons. Add them simply via additem(‘Weaponname’) Swords e.g. Additem(‘Witcher Silver Sword’) Wooden sword Short sword 1 Short sword 2 Short Steel Sword Long Steel Sword Rusty No Mans Land sword No Mans Land sword 1 No Mans Land sword 1 q2 No Mans Land sword 2 No. Looks like I have the same problem. I can see the crossbow, a torch and bombs in two slots in the quick access menu (TAB), but they are grey and can't be selected. Only the bomb in the first right slot can be selected. I remember I used the crossbow once after Griffin fight (I killed him with my sword only).

Here’s the instruction on how to obtain the DLCs now!
1. On the game page for The Witcher 3 (Library/My Collection/Witcher 3) you will see an “ADDITIONAL CONTENT” section displayed in the right column.
2. Purchase the “FREE DLC PROGRAM” item from there (you will not be charged).
3. In the “More”/”Configure” menu you can choose “Available Content”, which will show the DLCs – tick them, and Galaxy will download them automatically.

1. On the game page for The Witcher 3 (Library/Witcher 3) you will see that there are DLCs available – tick them, and Steam will download them automatically as part of its automatic update process.
2. If you have downloaded the DLCs but they still aren’t displayed in the game, restart Steam.
